In Time

I'm having some issues getting everything done that

I want to get done.

So....I won't be updating my blog as often...

and I'm cutting back on other things as well.

I need to decide where my time is best spent

at this point.

I'll only be taking care of Oliver for another couple of weeks...

but I do want to get the most of these weeks.

I can't get back this time...

so I refuse to 'put business first'...

my babies are far more important in my life...

so ... come December 1st I may be quite a bit backed up...

and I want to be 'prepared' for all possibilities.

Oh yeah...this painting...'In Time'...was recently listed

in the Shop.

Another New Painting

I usually work on medium sized canvas...

11" x 14"  or  12" x 16"

because I like to sit in my recliner and do my painting.

These size canvas are easy enough to 

put on my lap and work on them...without stressing

my back too much.

Jaime put in a canvas order a couple weeks ago

and I had her order me a batch of 16" x 20" canvas...since I

hadn't worked on that size in a while.

My newest painting,

'Harvest of Hearts' is on one of those canvas.

It took me a little longer to paint...

but I was very pleased with the outcome.

A Busy Week

This is my newest Acrylic Canvas Painting...

"Whichever Way the Wind Blows"

I got it listed in the shop

over the week-end.

I was really hoping to get more paintings done..

but this is the only one I got finished.

I've got several with the backgrounds...hopefully I'll get

them on this next week-end.

It was a really busy week last week.

Etsy had announced that it was going to do

a default 'relevancy' search for the

next 3 Thursdays.

In other words...new listings..relisting or renewing

won't necessarily show 'first'

unless they are properly tagged

with relevant keywords and descriptions.

Long story short...

I'd been a little 'lazy' in my listing descriptions..etc..

so I had to spend a great deal of time

on Wednesday

doing a lot of listing rework.

And..it continues.
