I'm Back....with some very new pieces!

Well...I hopefully am back 'up and operational'. I ended up needing a new wireless router for my computers. Both my laptop....(which I do most of my "computer" work on)...and my PC...(which I upload my pictures..print my shipping labels, prints...etc.).........were both affected by my faulty router. I got a little behind, but I'm hoping I can be all caught up by the end of this week-end.

My "working vacation" was helpful as I was able to make some new decisions on both of my shops. CMZart is going to get a whole new look, over the next couple of weeks. I was very close to just shutting that shop down.

As for Rustic Goth...well, I'll just say...I'll be listing fewer ACEOs and even fewer ACEO prints.

I will be doing more photography, photo manipulation and digital art pieces. I'll be removing a lot of what I currently have in the shop to make room for the new pieces.

The photo I have with this post is an example of a combination of photography, digital art and photo manipulation. I really do like this piece and it made into a Treasury within a day of listing it.

Taking a break.

Actually, it's more of a working vacation. I'm currently have computer problems...most days I'm lucky to get 30 minutes...total...in 5 minute increments, online. My signal strength is very low to low...most times...no signal at all.
It'll take about a week to get it back up and fully operational.
In the meantime...I'll be working on getting some new pieces ready to go when I'm back up!

Reworking The Old...Making It New

This is a 'reworked' piece from one of my ACEO paintings. I am still offering the Limited Edition ACEO prints of the original piece, 'The Girls Meet the Raven'...but I decided to take the girls and move them to a digitally enhanced setting. I do like it a lot.

This is something I found very, very funny....yes I am a Judge Judy fan....she makes me laugh, with that said, I couldn't resist turning some of her funniest comments into prints...and possibly

cards or something.

I was going to post a few more pictures, but I've been having problems with my Blogger the past few days. Since this is the first chance I've had to blog...I decided not to 'push my luck'.

Give It Back...

I wanted to share a wonderful 'find' I found on Etsy. This gorgeous piece is called, Cool Melon.

I do like these little ACEO pieces. I have four ACEOs, of my raggedy ragdoll on his little three legged stool...he looks so sad.

I don't know if I'll do anymore of these little guys...and they are a little sad-sack to turn into anything else.

So...this will probably be the last of this series. The original, 'A New Day' is still available in my Etsy shop.

I have sketched out quite a few new ACEOs...I really love them...but, they do look a lot different than what I have been listing.

I hope to have those pieces ready by Sunday or Monday.

Welcome to the 21st Century...

I sometimes feel like I am 'stuck' in the 20th Century.

It's true, I did not grow up with computers, much less internet. I have a difficult time just getting my cell phone OFF of Speaker Phone (and I am always hitting that button by accident!)



I went into the Etsy Virtual Lab today...boy!...talk about foreign! I couldn't figure out how to work anything...I beat it out of there real fast!!



I just ran across how to Hyperlink on Blogger...so I'm going to try it! (I had been driving myself crazy trying to figure out how everyone else knew how to do it and I couldn't find the instructions anywhere!)

OH MY GOSH...I think it worked!!!

I'll have to try it with a picture next.....!!!

It didn't...oh well, at least I figured out how to hyperlink and that is a MAJOR accomplishment...for me:)

Taking A Few Days...

I'm taking a few days to do some 'cleaning'...

God knows my house needs it...

My computer needs it...

My artwork needs it...

Pretty much...everything needs it!

This seems like as good a time as any to try to get everything in order, so that is what I'm planning to do.
