I LOVE Etsy On Sale

I do LOVE Etsy on Sale.

It has saved me so much time

and we all know

'time is money'

so it's saved me lots of money.

Only problem...if I re-list something that sells...

that item doesn't revert back to the original price..

since it is no longer in the 'sale queue' it was

originally placed in...

and

if I 'forget' to edit it...

then some things end up

'on sale'

even after the sale ends.

This happened at the end of my

"New in Shop" Sale.

One of my bracelets had been re-listed...not changed back..

and sold for half price

hours AFTER the Sale was over.

I will have to be more 'alert'...or ... not re-list

Sale items until After the Sale has ended.

But...definitely on the 'plus' side...

I'll be having a variety of 1, 2 and 3 Day Sales

more often

during the Holiday Season!

Here are a few of the newest pieces I just

finished...now listed in

my Rustic Goth Etsy Shop.

I based each of these pieces

on a

'sad' song title

or a lyric from a

'sad' song.

I really do like how they turned out

and I've included them in

my

Etsy Holiday Sale!

I'm Retiring...

Well....I"M not retiring...but

some of my prints are.

At the end of every year...

I 'retire'

some of my open edition prints.

I do this to 'make room' for new pieces.

I'm a little OCD about the number

of items I have in my Etsy Shop

at any given time.

I like to keep it between 140 and 150...

that's about maximum for me to be able to manage.

Since I have to have Jaime do

my printing for me...it's also easier to

'zip' all of my old pieces and just keep the pictures

on my computer..of the pieces that are current.

And..

heaven knows...I already have a three or four day job

ahead of me...to go through all of the prints

that are currently calling

my laptop..home.

So...I'm going to spend a few days

making decisions...

which prints are staying..

which are to be 'retired'.

Once I have it all figured out..

I'll list the

'retirees'

here.

Etsy Holiday Sale

I'm going to be pulling

a few of my pieces...sometime between now

and the end of the year.

I like to 'retire' pieces

every so often...

usually this time of year.

Just putting a 'heads up'

out there for anyone who might

be interested.

For this reason...I will continue my

'Etsy Holiday Sale'

on all of my prints...

through the rest of the year.
